Overview

This section describes how to build an application for an HCC2 using the application template code from the restapi_sample_python_template repo that can be downloaded and installed from the HCC2 Development Tools and Samples section.

This template offers the developer a quick start to immediately interact with the REST Server and HCC2. The developer can then replace default and/or hard-coded code with actual application code and business logic using the building blocks available within the template.

Functionality

This HCC2 Python application template supports the following HCC2 interactions.

1. Registration using either/or premade TAR.GZ configuration files and dynamically added datapoints.
2. Complex or simple Provisioning.
3. Message Subscriptions.
